Daryl Peagler is the Chief Integration Officer for AERDF, and works in close partnership with NSVF’s Shared Services team to set up AERDF’s core operational systems and processes.Prior to this role, Daryl was the Chief Operating Officer for NSVF.

Before joining NewSchools, Daryl worked as a consultant, specializing in finance, operations and fundraising strategy for education organizations. Before consulting, he led the External Affairs and Operations team at Teach For America – Bay Area, and also spent two years on Teach For America’s National Regional Growth Strategy and Development team. Prior to joining Teach For America, Daryl was a Corporate Development Director and Management Associate at Thomson Reuters where he drove analysis, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions for Thomson Reuters Markets Division, and consulted on a range of projects in corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, and product strategy. Earlier in his career, Daryl worked in investment banking, executing mergers and acquisitions, as well as public offerings for media and technology businesses. He holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and an AB from Harvard College. Daryl is also a proud alum of A Better Chance, an organization that focuses on increasing the number of well-educated young people of color in leadership positions in America.
